Omelet
Start your day right, full of energy
Ingredients:
8 eggs
200 g mushrooms
50 g butter
Olive oil spray with black truffle pieces
Sea salt with truffle
40 g black truffle carpaccio
Pepper
Preparation:
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil with white truffle flavor
- Add mushrooms and season them with sea salt with black truffle
- Wait for the mushrooms to release their juice. Stir
- Add butter and eggs to the mushrooms, stir. Cover with a lid and keep on low heat for ~ 8 min
- Remove from heat, add olive oil with white truffle flavor
- Optional: sprinkle with parsley greens
