145g Capricho de Cabra goat cheese

70g pistachios (shelled and crushed)

Salted crackers (for serving)

Apricot jam with black truffle

Salted caramel with black truffle

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the cheese: Remove the goat cheese from the refrigerator 15 minutes before preparation so it reaches room temperature.
  2. Create the base: Spread a "pillow" of apricot jam with black truffle on a serving plate.
  3. Place the cheese: Carefully place the prepared goat cheese on top of the jam.
  4. Add topping: Cover the top of the cheese with another 1-2 spoons of apricot jam.
  5. Sprinkle with nuts: Generously sprinkle the dish with crushed pistachios.
  6. Final touch: Add salted caramel with black truffle 🤌🏻.
