Stuffed Peppers
Start your day right, filled with energy
Ingredients:
3 Kapia peppers
100 g feta or other soft salted cheese
2–3 tbsp Greek yogurt
Dried herbs to taste (e.g., oregano)
A handful of crushed nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, or pine nuts)
Fresh basil leaves
Truffle oil
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 185°C
- Place peppers on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes — until soft and golden skin appears
- Let cool, carefully remove the skin, and remove seeds. For the filling, mix cheese and yogurt until creamy. Add dried herbs
- Stuff the peppers with the resulting mixture
- Before serving — sprinkle with nuts, basil leaves, and generously drizzle with truffle oil
