We bring real truffles to Ukraine from the heart of the Italian and Balkan forests, where they are harvested by hand by experienced truffle makers together with trained Lagotto Romagnolo dogs. The Lagotto Romagnolo is the only breed bred specifically for truffle hunting.
It is not just a product, it is a story. Every truffle that reaches you travels from the humid, foggy forest to your home or restaurant. We work with truffle makers for whom this craft has been passed down from generation to generation. And it is felt in the aroma, taste, and quality.
We started with an idea to bring the truffle closer. Not an exceptional ingredient “once a year”, but a part of a regular dinner.
We work with different types of truffles - we bring both black and white truffles from Italy. Seasonal, fresh, flavorful - we choose each one with care and expertise. With us you can order both fresh truffles and ready-made delicacies created on their basis.
We wanted truffles to appear both in the home and in the restaurant as something natural, not complicated, but exquisite. And when we won a development grant in 2024, it gave us even more opportunities to tell you this gastronomic story.
Today, we don't just sell these precious mushrooms. We are creating a truffle culture in Ukraine.
We work with chefs, restaurants, provide various themed gastronomic dinners. We supply products to various retail chains: METRO Cash & Carry, Jägerzund, Wine Time, Cheese Kingdom, Wines of the World, Ibis Culinary House, Rozetka marketplace and many others. We develop new products on our own, conduct tastings, and look for ideas on how to serve truffles in an interesting and affordable way. We communicate directly with our customers, read their impressions, listen to them, and grow with you.
We want every dish, whether at home or in a restaurant, to be a masterpiece. Without complexity. Without unnecessary solemnity. Just thanks to a quality product.
