- Fresh truffles are shipped only upon full prepayment, as they are a fresh product with a limited shelf life that must be received in a timely manner

The approximate delivery time of the Order is from 1 to 3 working days. Delivery of some Orders (depending on the selected product) may take up to 5 business days. Delivery time of the Order is given without taking into account the day of the order and when using the carrier LLC "New Post". The carrier informs the Buyer about the exact delivery time of the Order.
Attention! The order is stored in the warehouse of the transportation company no more than 5 working days, after the exhaustion of this period - sent back.
Only the person who is indicated in the transportation declaration as the recipient can receive the order. You must have a document confirming your identity.
